hidden fees

Room hygiene could use significant improvement!!! Shower size is exceedingly cramped, not ideal for couples!!! Pricing transparency is lacking due to hidden fees, which can be frustrating for unsuspecting guests!!!

the rooms were spacious and cheap with a bed kept by the accommodating staff. the location was favourable and marvellous - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. also, it was 3 miles from park avenue sports center.

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, a refrigerator, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find places to eat during my first stay. I definitely recommend it for those looking for comfort. I'll be back for a city break!

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, the breakfast provided was a good start to my mornings, made my stay enjoyable and set me up for exploring the area easily.

Honestly, the room was a bit of a mess. The door lock felt loose, made me a bit uneasy. I found peeling paint and a giant stain on the bed sheet. The fridge door was sticky. Not to mention mold in the shower. I couldn't stay long with all that going on. Just kept thinking I made a bad choice.

While I found the price appealing, the conditions of the motel left much to be desired. Repairs are essential, and the lack of sufficient bedding was frustrating at times. Despite these issues, the owner exhibited friendliness , but significant improvements are needed.
